About the Role

We're looking for a talented Lean Leader to join our team in Montornés del Vallés. As a Lean Leader, you'll be responsible for preparing and implementing the development of technical and system capabilities within the operations team. You'll work closely with the Value Stream Leader (Production) to drive process improvements and achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, deploy, and implement the capacity improvement plan, integrating resources from various departments to form and develop capabilities focused on:
    • Process knowledge
    • Technical capabilities
    • Lean system knowledge
    • Development and achievement of objectives
  • Assume responsibility for developing High Performance Organization systems and strategies, including:
    • Total Equipment Ownership
    • Training in analysis and elimination of losses using autonomous maintenance tools, reduction of unplanned stops, format changes, etc.
    • Team Effectiveness Model development
  • Coordinate the technical team responsible for palletizing, ensuring the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for consolidating the operation model
  • Connect with other LEAN teams within the Group to identify synergies and enhance local and global productivity capabilities and results
Requirements
  • Higher education in engineering
  • Experience in team management
  • Experience in project management in industrial environments
  • Experience in process development and technical project leadership
  • Advanced level of English
  • Ability to incorporate backup responsibilities for leadership positions in the area
  • Customer-oriented and high-performance mindset
