**Engineering Project Manager**

**Responsabilidades**

Como Engineering Project Manager, liderarás la implementación de proyectos en una planta de producción con una mentalidad y cultura enfocada a la mejora continua, que utiliza tecnología puntera en el mercado.

Tendrás la posibilidad de formar parte de un gran equipo con alto conocimiento técnico y de metodología LEAN para la gestión de proyectos y la operación.

Tu trabajo tendrá la capacidad de impactar directamente en los resultados de la planta y de la compañía, liderando importantes iniciativas orientadas a aumentar nuestra competitividad y posicionamiento en el mercado.

Dentro de tus responsabilidades principales estarán tanto el Project Management (planificación, control de costes y recursos) como el liderazgo técnico desde la definición a la ejecución del proyecto.

**Liderar la definición técnica de los proyectos**:

- Definición del scope técnico (mecánico y eléctrico).
- Búsqueda de equipos y tecnologías adecuadas al proceso.
- Elección de equipos de ingeniería que reproducen el proceso en base a un Best Value Option Analysis.
- Revisiones de diseño con el equipo del proyecto y proveedores.
- Gestión de la inversión end to end (e2e): preparación, apertura, seguimiento y gestión de los pedidos.

**Gestionar CPS (Critical Path Schedule)**:

- Definición del equipo y plan de trabajo.
- Liderazgo de todas las reuniones de seguimiento (Core Team & Core Team Técnico).
- Comunicación a Top Management de la evolución del CPS y el estado del camino crítico.

**Ejecutar los proyectos**:

- Seguimiento de la entrega de los equipos, entendiendo y gestionando los plazos.
- Preparación del layout y las facilities necesarias.
- Definición y ejecución del plan de montaje.
- Definición de los recursos necesarios.
- Ejecución del plan de comissioning.
- Definición y liderazgo del Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) y del Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
- Análisis de riesgos (ORA, QRP), incluyendo la responsabilidad sobre HS&E.
- Llevar a cabo un control y seguimiento del Post Start-up List.

**Liderar el equipo de proyecto a nível local y/o regional**:

- Coordinación de todos los recursos implicados en el Core Team del proyecto:

- Internos: producción, equipo técnico, calidad, seguridad, cadena de suministro.
- Externos: marketing, finanzas, desarrollo de producto, RRHH, ingeniería central, regulatory.
- Proveedores y Contratistas.
- Presentación a aprobación las diferentes etapas de proyectos al proceso de Product Lifecycle Management o Change Board.

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Formación en ingeniería industrial u otras ingenierías técnicas.
- Experiência en Gestión de Proyectos en entornos industriales.
- Experiência en desarrollo de proceso y liderazgo técnico de proyectos.
- Nível de Inglés alto (Advanced).
