El Rol:
Estamos buscando un perfil de Operaciones cuya misión será asegurar el óptimo funcionamiento del departamento de ventas, garantizando que todos los procesos funcionen y proponiendo mejoras en eficiencias internas.

¿Cuál será tu misión?
  1. Estandarizar, mejorar y documentar todos los flujos de trabajo de ventas para asegurar eficiencia, escalabilidad y claridad en un entorno de alto crecimiento.
  2. Administrar el CRM y otras herramientas de ventas, evaluar nuevas soluciones tecnológicas y capacitar al equipo para maximizar su uso.
  3. Desarrollar y analizar métricas clave (KPI) para evaluar y mejorar el rendimiento del equipo de ventas, proporcionando insights y reportes a la dirección.
  4. Colaborar en la creación de pronósticos de ventas precisos, alineados con los objetivos comerciales y ajustados regularmente según cambios en el mercado.
  5. Calcular y administrar las comisiones de ventas de manera precisa y puntual, asegurando que los incentivos estén alineados con las metas comerciales y sean transparentes para el equipo.
  6. Asegurar que el equipo de ventas funcione sin interrupciones operativas, resolviendo incidencias técnicas rápidamente para que el equipo pueda enfocarse en vender.
  7. Coordinar con marketing para la calidad de MQLs y colaborar con atención al cliente para optimizar la experiencia del comprador y fomentar la retención.

Lo que te hará triunfar:
  1. Mínimo 3 años en Sales Operations o áreas afines.
  2. Experiencia en administración, optimización y personalización de CRM.
  3. Dominio de fórmulas, tablas dinámicas y análisis de datos.
  4. Conocimiento en configuración y administración de centralitas telefónicas.
  5. Habilidad para interpretar métricas de ventas y proponer mejoras estratégicas.
  6. Capacidad para documentar y optimizar flujos de trabajo de ventas (dominio de herramientas como Notion, Miro, etc.).
  7. Título universitario en Empresariales, Ingeniería o áreas afines.
  8. Conocimiento Básico de SQL: Capacidad para realizar consultas básicas y extraer datos relevantes.
