We are seeking a Sales Manager Iberia (SMI) to drive business growth and lead the local sales organization effectively. In this role, you will oversee and develop the local sales team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and objectives, particularly focusing on the AMMEGA Commercial Excellence Program (CEP) while safeguarding the long-term interests of the business.

Reporting directly to the Head of Cluster Manager Iberia, the SMI will play a key role as a member of the local steering committee, collaborating closely with the local Management Team, Branch Managers, Customer Service, and Sales Representatives, as well as globally with Industry Segment Managers (ISM), Product Line Managers (PLM), and Central Product Managers (CPM) to ensure the local organization aligns with the company’s processes, structures, and goals.

As the leader of the SALES team, you will take ownership of its performance, fostering growth and success across the organization.

A day in the life of an AMMEGA’s Sales Manager includes:

- Taking full accountability for and ownership of Ammeraal Beltech’s sales business in Spain and Portugal.
- Driving growth and profitability by ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and delivering strong performance.
- Engaging with active and potential customers while collaborating with sales teams to optimize resources through teamwork and cross-functional initiatives.
- Cultivating a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement, fostering team collaboration, and reinforcing company values.
- Ensuring alignment with operational and supply chain strategies to maximize efficiency. Collaborating with QA to address quality or safety concerns and promoting the development of new products (NPD) based on market opportunities.
- Overseeing financial management responsibilities, including P&L oversight and budgeting.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and adherence to company policies.
- Demonstrating a strong passion for sales, with a proven track record of effectively utilizing advanced commercial management tools (such as Salesforce) to drive results.
