ABB is heavily investing in the field of Robotics, and AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) in particular. You will form part of the team working in the one of the fastest growing and most highly sought after sectors in Industry. In this role you will be responsible to manage the Service Sales team in Robotics AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robotics) in Burgos, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. You will transform the current Service Sales team from a local to a global business, and be responsible for the development of the ABB team and processes, with an aim to achieve the target customer satisfaction levels and meeting other business targets. You will lead a young and motivated team of less than 10 people, supporting customers based within Spain and the rest of the world. Your peers will be the Service Operations and Service Spare Parts Managers, and you will report directly to the AMR Service Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Supporting AMR customers through the timely and accurately delivery of recommendations in the form of quotations to support their business needs. The sales portfolio consists of Service Level Agreements, Training, Remote support, Spare Parts, etc.
- Customer satisfaction measure via NPS
- Strengthening the processes related to the sales pipeline and growth
- Business expansion plans
- The Service Sales team development
- Financial KPIs
**Your background**:
- More than 10 years of experience in industry preferrable in automation related activities, with at least 5 years working in a sales position.
- Demonstrated experience managing direct reports.
- Soft skills. Team management
- Preferably a university degree in Engineering, or similar
- Language skills: Spanish (working proficiency) and English (advanced)
