The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions: a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions.

We are looking for a CRM Operations Specialist to join our team and provide part time support to the Customer Relationship team of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).


About the role:

  • Dedication: Part time
  • Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès
  • Work model: Hybrid (3 days / week of remote work and 2 from the office)
  • Project's length: about 1 year estimated, extendable.


Main responsibilities:

Reporting to the Customer Relationship Management Strategist, your main tasks will be:

  • Provide services to HP on a time and material basis to fulfil the objective of offering Customer Engagement and CRM operations expertise.
  • Stakeholder engagement to develop campaigns and program audience selections and evaluate communications performance.
  • Keep the CRM system updated.
  • Track the effectiveness of the strategies implemented.
  • Analyze sales data and redefine customer management strategies as well as recognize areas for potential improvement.


Background & Skills:

  • Graduate in Marketing, BA, Sales or similar
  • +3 years’ experience in CRM/ marketing processes.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Proactive and dynamic.
  • High level of attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and to adapt to different stakeholders.
