Product Development and Support Specialist

Grifols is seeking a Product Development and Support Specialist to join our team in Parets del Vallés, Spain. As a key member of our Product Development and Support department, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and support of our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to drive the established objectives for new products.
  • Define requirements for the products to be developed, gathering the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Test the instruments and middleware in development to detect errors and propose improvements.
  • Investigate scenarios described by Application Technicians who are in contact with the customer, resolving and responding to their questions and inquiries.
  • Prepare and execute usability studies of the developed products.
  • Design and write technical information for Application Technicians and conduct training courses on the portfolio.
  • Write user manuals for the developed products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry being a plus.
  • Knowledge of donor screening and/or immunohaematology will be a plus.
  • Advanced English level (C1.1).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
