We are seeking a Product Development and Support Specialist to join our team in the Product Development and Support department at Diagnostic Grifols. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking the defined strategy for system products, collaborating with Product Managers to drive the established objectives for new products, and ensuring that the customer's voice is a key input in decision-making.

The Product Development and Support Specialist will also be responsible for defining requirements for the products to be developed, gathering the needs of all stakeholders, testing the instruments and middleware in development to detect errors and propose improvements, investigating the scenarios described by Application Technicians who are in contact with the customer, resolving and responding to their questions and inquiries, preparing and executing usability studies of the developed products, designing and writing technical information for Application Technicians, and conducting training courses on the portfolio.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field, and 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry being a plus. The candidate must also have an advanced English level (C1.1), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, and excellent communication skills.
