About the Role: The Product Development and Support department is looking for a dedicated Product Development and Support Specialist. This role is essential in driving our mission to create impactful healthcare solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and implement the strategic direction for system products, collaborating closely with Product Managers to achieve defined objectives for new offerings, ensuring customer feedback is integral to our decision-making process.
  • Gather and define product requirements by engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough testing of instruments and middleware in development phases to identify errors and suggest enhancements.
  • Investigate scenarios presented by Application Technicians who interact with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Design and execute usability studies for newly developed products.
  • Create and develop technical documentation for Application Technicians and facilitate training sessions on our product portfolio.
  • Compose user manuals for the products developed.

Who You Are:

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.
  • Familiarity with donor screening and/or immunohaematology is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level (C1.1).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.

Flexible Working Hours: Monday-Thursday from 7-10 am to 4-7 pm and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm.
