About the Role

We are looking for a Team Manager to lead the Quality related Applications team in IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Team: The Team Manager will lead the Quality related Applications team in IT, ensuring that the team is meeting the needs of the business and aligned with Business Units goals.
  2. Collaborate with Other Departments: The Team Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure that the IT Quality Applications team is meeting the needs of the business.
  3. Align Team Results: The Team Manager will align the team results to the strategic objectives of the company.
  4. Manage Budget: The Team Manager will be responsible for managing the budget for the IT Quality Applications team.
  5. Lead Projects: The Team Manager will lead the IT Quality Applications projects pipeline.
  6. Resource Management: The Team Manager will ensure that resources are used effectively, and will mentor and develop team members to ensure that they are reaching their full potential.
  7. Team Representation: The Team Manager will be the main direct responsible and team representative of the IT Quality Applications.
  8. Product Roadmap: The Team Manager will work and define the roadmap for continuous product enhancement and product innovation inside IT Quality Applications.
Requirements
  1. Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
  2. Quality Applications Knowledge: Strong knowledge of quality applications and their development, implementation, and maintenance.
  3. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Industry Experience: Experience in the life science industry and in validated environments.
  6. Project Implementation: Experience leading projects implementation related to Quality systems.
  7. SAP QM Module: Experience with SAP QM module.
  8. QMS Standard Market Products: Experience with QMS standard market products related to Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Complaints, Risk Management.
  9. Other Related QM Logistics SAP Modules: Experience with other related QM logistics SAP modules such as WM/EWM, PM or PP.
  10. S/4 HANA Experience: Experience with S/4 HANA.
  11. Language Skills: Spanish proficiency and English advanced.

University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or similar fields is required.
