  • Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a plus.
  • Proven team leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
  • A high level of energy and motivation, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
