Account Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers, providing them with tailored business solutions and recommendations to drive their success. Your expertise will help our customers navigate our products and services, ensuring they have the tools and information they need to thrive in the market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Account Management
    • Manage customer orders and returns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
    • Process invoices, modifications, and follow-ups to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Collections
    • Ensure timely payment of invoices and follow up on past due amounts.
    • Claim overdue amounts and maintain bad debt ratios under control.
  • Promotions and Marketing
    • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns tailored to key accounts.
    • Ensure effective communication of Desigual's brand messaging.
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and readily available for partners.
  • Data Analysis
    • Ensure accurate and updated customer account information.
    • Match open line items and send account statements for reconciliation.
  • Problem Solving
    • Identify and resolve disputes arising from commercial, financial, or logistic collection processes.
