Amazon Advertising Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our Amazon Advertising team. As an Account Specialist, you will work closely with advertisers to optimize their ad campaigns and achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop expertise in Amazon Advertising solutions and provide recommendations to advertisers based on their needs
- Optimize end-to-end ad campaign performance to fulfill advertiser goals
- Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and data insights
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to solve issues blocking advertiser performance and improve advertiser experience
- Provide education to advertisers on Amazon Advertising products and support campaign setup and optimization
- Respond promptly and accurately to advertiser queries and help resolve issues with campaigns
As an Account Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible for helping them meet their advertising goals. You will also have the opportunity to test internal tools and share insights with the internal product and engineering teams.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of performance advertising and be able to use various tools and techniques to fix campaign set-up and provide optimization support. You will also need to be able to engage with advertisers and understand their advertising goals and expectations.
