- Educate advertisers on Amazon Advertising products through 1:1 sessions and online training.
- Provide onboarding support and set up campaigns for new and existing advertisers.
- Respond to advertiser queries promptly, offering solutions for campaign issues.
- Lead kickoff calls and drive discussions to align with advertiser goals.
- Analyze data trends to create keyword lists, bids, and budget suggestions.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is essential as you will work with advertisers in Portuguese-speaking regions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising solutions or similar platforms is a plus.
The Advertiser Success Team (AST) supports Amazon's worldwide advertisers in meeting their advertising goals, by providing strategic support across all advertiser life cycles. As an Account Specialist, you will be part of a diverse and international team who are challenging the status quo of the E-commerce world.
