About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Health Specialist to join our team at Retalent Agency. As an Account Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and compliance of our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor key account health indicators on a daily basis
  • Resolve account health issues, including customer complaints, product suspensions, and warnings
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon and other e-commerce platforms' policies
  • Stay up-to-date with policy changes from Amazon, FDA, and other regulatory bodies
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external specialists on account health matters
  • Analyze account performance metrics and update reports and dashboards
  • Audit listings to ensure compliance with marketplace standards
  • Maintain thorough records of all account health issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • English language proficiency (B2-C1 level)
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Google Sheets experience is a plus)
  • Previous experience in Compliance or Quality Assurance, especially in a fast-paced supply chain
  • E-commerce expertise, with a focus on performance optimization and risk mitigation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Results-driven and motivated by seeing tangible results
  • Adaptable and able to handle routine work with efficiency and a positive attitude
