We are seeking a highly skilled Account Specialist to join our Advertiser Success Team (AST) at Mygwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community. As an Account Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts, helping them meet their advertising goals through opportunity identification, account optimization, and creating new sponsored ads campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Master Amazon Advertising solutions to tailor recommendations based on advertiser needs.
- Optimize ad campaign performance to meet advertiser goals.
- Communicate campaign progress with detailed reports and insights for future improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve issues and enhance advertiser experience.
- Educate advertisers on Amazon Advertising products through 1:1 sessions and online training.
- Provide onboarding support and set up campaigns for new and existing advertisers.
- Respond to advertiser queries promptly, offering solutions for campaign issues.
- Lead kickoff calls and drive discussions to align with advertiser goals.
- Analyze data trends to create keyword lists, bids, and budget suggestions.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is essential as you will work with advertisers in Portuguese-speaking regions.
As an Account Specialist, you will work with a diverse team to support Amazon's worldwide advertisers in meeting their advertising goals. You will be responsible for enabling advertisers to identify advertising business opportunities, reviewing their product listings, creating advertising campaigns, and helping them adopt high-value actions on their account to influence their success in advertising.
About the Team:The Advertiser Success Team (AST) supports Amazon's worldwide advertisers in meeting their advertising goals by providing strategic support across all advertiser life cycles. AST has three functions: (i) Onboarding, providing educational support and onboarding new advertisers on the ad platform, (ii) Pre-EAS, providing optimization and account management support to tenured advertisers who don't have an in-country Account Manager, and (iii) Managed Optimization, providing optimization and account management support to tenured and high-value advertisers who have an in-country Account Manager.
