We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Specialist to join our team at Games Workshop. As an Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our trade partners, identifying opportunities to grow sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, including independent retail outlets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including regular stock checks and product advice
  • Identify opportunities to close sales and grow the number of customers committed to our stockist programme
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and colleagues
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and high organisational skills
  • Ability to influence existing clients and grow sales
  • Fluent language skills in English and Greek, plus one additional language to a business level
