About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Specialist to join our Amazon Advertising team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for helping our advertisers meet their advertising goals through opportunity identification, account optimization, and campaign creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve ad campaign performance and meet advertiser goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to solve issues and improve advertiser experience
  • Provide education and support to advertisers on Amazon Advertising products and features
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to inform optimization decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 6 months related work experience
  • B2+ fluency in English and Italian (writing, reading, speaking, and communication)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience with managing global clients and owning their performance goals
  • Interpreting data and making business recommendations
