Our Client
The Harley Owners Group (HOG) Brand Ambassador serves as the primary voice for Harley-Davidson HOG customers and members. This role embodies the brand's values in every customer interaction, enhancing the overall HOG member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Harley-Davidson brand and its core values.
- Provide personalized and outstanding service to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and postal correspondence, escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage customer relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
- Process payments on behalf of HOG members.
- Identify revenue opportunities through effective cross-selling and upselling.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management for service improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of HOG members using Salesforce.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
What you will bring:
- Fluency in Dutch with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills across supported languages.
- A positive, friendly demeanor and natural communication skills.
- Strong listening and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and think on your feet.
- Experience in handling complaints and challenging customer interactions.
- A passion for motorcycles is a significant plus.
