The Harley Owners Group (HOG) Brand Ambassador serves as the representative voice for Harley-Davidson HOG customers and members. This role embodies the brand's values through every interaction, enhancing the overall experience for HOG members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Harley-Davidson brand and its core values.
  • Provide tailored support to customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and postal communication, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Manage customer relationships, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience with every interaction.
  • Process payments on behalf of HOG members.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through effective cross-selling and upselling.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management for service improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of HOG members in Salesforce.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and HOG members to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
  • Fluency in Dutch with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in German is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills across supported languages.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic demeanor and natural communication skills.
  • Strong listening and persuasion abilities.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and think quickly.
  • Experience in handling complaints and challenging customer interactions.
  • A passion for motorcycles is a significant advantage.
