Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Harley-Davidson brand and its core values.
  • Provide exceptional and personalized service to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and postal communication, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Manage customer relationships, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience in every interaction.
  • Process payments on behalf of HOG members.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through effective cross-selling and upselling.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to management for service enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate HOG member records using Salesforce.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
  • Fluency in Dutch with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in German is an advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across supported languages.
  • A positive, friendly demeanor and natural communication skills.
  • Strong listening and persuasive abilities.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and think quickly.
  • Experience in handling complaints and challenging customer interactions.
  • A passion for motorcycles is a significant advantage.
