Our Client
The Harley Owners Group (HOG) Brand Ambassador serves as the representative voice for Harley-Davidson HOG customers and members. This role embodies the brand's values in every customer interaction, enhancing the HOG member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Harley-Davidson brand and its core values.
  • Provide exceptional and personalized service to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Manage customer relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience in every interaction.
  • Process payments on behalf of HOG members.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain accurate HOG member records in Salesforce.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and HOG members to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
  • Fluency in Dutch with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Fluency in German is an advantage.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across supported languages.
  • A positive, friendly demeanor and natural communication skills.
  • Strong listening and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and think quickly.
  • Experience in handling complaints and challenging customer interactions.
  • A passion for motorcycles is a significant plus.
What We Offer:
  • Contract: Temporary for 9 months with a 1-month probation period.
  • Full-time position (39 hours/week).
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
