Key Responsibilities- Brand Representation: Represent the Harley-Davidson brand and its values through every customer interaction.
- Customer Support: Assist and support customers with bespoke and exceptional service, answering their telephone, email, and post enquiries and escalating to relevant parties.
- Relationship Management: Manage the customer relationship, focusing on developing and retaining customers and members.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an optimum customer experience through every customer interaction, processing payments on behalf of HOG members and driving revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
- Feedback and Reporting: Capture H-D customer and member feedback and report back to management for improved customer experience.
- Record Management: Accurately maintain and update HOG member records on Salesforce.
- Communication: Communicate effectively and accurately to customers and HOG members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- A fluent level of Dutch with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English (both written and spoken).
- A fluent level of German is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across languages supported.
- Positive, enthusiastic, friendly personality, a natural communicator.
- Strong listening and influencing skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and think quickly.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers.
- Being passionate about motorcycles is a big plus.
- A competitive salary of €20,349.77 gross per year.
- A temporary contract of 9 months with a 1-month probation period.
- A full-time position with 39 hours/week.
