Our Client
The Harley Owners Group (HOG) Brand Ambassador serves as the representative voice for Harley-Davidson HOG customers and members. This role embodies the brand's values in every customer interaction, ensuring an outstanding experience for HOG members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Harley-Davidson brand and its core values.
  • Provide personalized and exceptional service to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Manage customer relationships, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience with every interaction.
  • Process payments on behalf of HOG members.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Gather customer feedback and report insights to management for service improvement.
  • Maintain accurate HOG member records using Salesforce.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and HOG members to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
What you will bring:
  • Fluency in Dutch with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Fluency in German is an advantage.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across supported languages.
  • A positive, friendly demeanor and natural communication skills.
  • Strong listening and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and think on your feet.
  • Experience in handling complaints and challenging customer interactions.
  • A passion for motorcycles is a significant advantage.
