We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist - Italian to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for building lasting customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty through warm welcomes and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to establish a portfolio of relevant customers
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests, ensuring high service and KPI standards
- Collaborate closely with Payments, Customs, Warehouse, and Shipping teams
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Native-level proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) and excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
