Job Description

**Financial Controller - Strategic Financial Leadership**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Allen Recruitment Consulting. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. **Financial Data Management**: Organize and analyze financial data from various sources, preparing comprehensive financial analyses across dimensions like Revenue, Opex, and Capex.
  2. **Close Processes**: Participate in month-end, quarterly, and annual financial closes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  3. **Performance Monitoring**: Collaborate with different business units to monitor business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
  4. **Reporting**: Prepare and enhance both internal and external financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. **Planning**: Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. **Financial Records**: Maintain and manage financial records and bookkeeping for different entities, including preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements.
  7. **Framework Enhancement**: Implement automation and advanced tools to enhance the financial framework, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  8. **ERP Management**: Support the accounting team in managing book entries within the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
  1. At least 4 years of professional experience in finance and controlling within a multinational environment.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Economic and Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  3. Solid forecasting experience and knowledge of foreign currencies.
  4. Experience with financial close processes and auditor exposure.
  5. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, SAP, databases, ERP.
  6. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish (oral/written).
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in tech and start-up/scale-up environments.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of audit experience.
  3. Good knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
