We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial and Administrative Manager to join our team at Tereos. As a key member of our global operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative tasks for our legal entities in Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Establish and implement short and long-range department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Lead and develop a strong accounting and finance staff.
- Financial Analysis: Provide value-added financial reporting and analysis to support management in decision-making. Recommend benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance.
- Accounting: Oversee all aspects of accounting functions, including operational accounting and consolidation issues, in compliance with accounting principles.
- Financial Planning: Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions, including financial forecasts and budget planning.
- Reporting: Meet the company's external and internal reporting obligations with accepted standards. Ensure that processes, organization, and financial systems are adapted to support the business.
- Tax: Develop and maintain the effectiveness of the global tax structure, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory tax requirements.
- Capital Asset & Treasury: Manage and protect the company's financial and capital assets, enhancing the effectiveness of treasury-related processes.
- Audit & Control: Establish and maintain an effective system of internal controls, reflecting best practices and complying with accounting requirements.
- HR, Facility Management & IT Administration: Supervise tasks relating to personnel administration, general services, and IT user support for the site.
- Master's level in Finance or Commercial studies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance generalist positions.
- Experience in people management.
- Mastery of financial processes, norms, and techniques.
- Financial analysis and presentation in a business partner posture to help management's decision-making.
- People management.
- Assertiveness and good communication.
- Organized and good at coordinating.
- Spanish is essential, high level of English is a requirement, knowledge of French is a plus.
