The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President of Operations to lead our large client-delivery function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the continued build-out of our core delivery engine and designing the team, capacity planning, operations leadership, and processes to enable continued growth and scale.

You will work closely with our Commercial, Client Service, Marketing, Product, and Technology functions to set the strategic vision and roadmap to service our clients' operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Manage a team of hundreds of full-time managers and thousands of agents, ensuring excellent performance and effective management through layers.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enable the next phase of growth, balancing commercial and operational needs.
  3. Financial Management: Prioritize system improvements and analytical rigor to support continued growth, operational performance, with tighter financial and cost management.
  4. Design/Implement Blueprints for Scale: Utilizing data and systems to diagnose and adapt to fast-changing business priorities and challenges. Identifying and implementing standardizations.
Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in client-delivery operations within high-growth, fast-scaling environments. Your background in systems analysis and organizational design will be invaluable in this role.

GTM and commercial experience across a wide range of verticals, including but not limited to Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, is essential.
