Key Responsibilities:
- Attain sales goals, including market share objectives, by developing and executing strategic sales plans and tactics.
- Implement market development and field marketing activities to increase product reach and drive sales growth.
- Schedule appointments and deliver sales presentations to a diverse healthcare professional clientele, showcasing our medical technology products and services.
- Develop and tailor customer and product-focused presentation packages to enhance sales impact and drive business results.
- Coordinate Professional Education activities to boost Healthcare professionals' knowledge base and drive adoption of our medical technology solutions.
- Regularly visit customer locations to gather order information, assess market conditions, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct contract and tender management tasks while managing an assigned territory within budget constraints.
- Liaise with logistics to confirm product availability and manage inventory effectively, ensuring seamless delivery of our medical technology products.
- Execute promotional activities at the national, regional, and local levels aimed at advancing sales in targeted product lines.
- Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues, driving customer loyalty and retention.
- Participate in sales forecasting for business planning and report to management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and necessary documentation, highlighting key sales metrics and business results.
- Communicate relevant market information to management for strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong sales experience in the medical technology industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
- University education in the healthcare area, with a focus on medical technology or a related field.
- Masters degree related to the area, with a strong understanding of medical technology and its applications.
- High level of Spanish and English language proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
