About the Role

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services. We are seeking a highly skilled Debt and Structured Finance Professional to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite and execute financing advisory assignments, working closely with senior analysts, associates, and directors.
  • Support pitches and other origination activities, preparing detailed financing memoranda and loan execution analysis.
  • Assist in lender outreach, coordinating lender Q&A's and tracking feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of new mandates, preparing RFP responses and pitch decks.
  • Participate in relevant research projects, organizing and leading tasks as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate finance, including debt and structured finance products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
