Key Responsibilities- Underwrite and execute financing advisory assignments, working closely with senior analysts, associates, and directors.
- Support pitches and other origination activities, collaborating with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including real estate investment firms and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support underwriting and origination activities.
- Prepare detailed financing memoranda, summarizing key elements of financing requests, underlying collateral, business plans, markets, and sponsorship.
- Assist with lender outreach and coordination, tracking feedback and supporting the marketing of financing opportunities.
Our Debt and Structured Finance team is a collaborative and highly active group, working closely with other Capital Markets teams within Jones Lang Lasalle. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model complex financial scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- A strong understanding of real estate finance and the ability to analyze complex financial data.
