We are seeking an analyst to join our Debt & Structured Finance team, which is expanding its European presence and seeking a skilled professional to build a successful career in Real Estate Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior analysts and associates to underwrite financing advisory assignments and support pitches and origination activities.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models and detailed unlevered and levered scenarios to align with property business plans.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality services to clients, including real estate investment firms and other major European jurisdictions.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in finance and a passion for real estate. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Typically, analysts spend 1-2 years as analysts, 1-2 years as senior analysts, and 1-2 years as associates prior to moving into a director role.
