Debt and Structured Finance Analyst Role

Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Debt and Structured Finance Analyst to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services. As a Debt and Structured Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in underwriting and executing financing advisory assignments, as well as supporting pitches and other origination activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite and execute financing advisory assignments, working closely with senior analysts, associates, and directors.
  • Support pitches and other origination activities, including preparing detailed financing memoranda and coordinating lender Q&A's.
  • Assist in lender outreach and transaction management, ensuring key deadlines are achieved.
  • Prepare detailed RFP responses and pitch decks to assist directors in securing new mandates.
  • Contribute to relevant research projects related to specific sectors, locations, or clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model complex financial scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
  • A strong understanding of real estate finance and investment principles.
