About the Role

Jones Lang Lasalle Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Debt and Structured Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our European team, you will play a crucial role in underwriting and executing financing advisory assignments, as well as supporting pitches and other origination activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite and execute financing advisory assignments, including financial modeling and loan execution analysis.
  • Support pitches and other origination activities, including lender outreach and coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed financing memoranda and pitch decks.
  • Conduct research projects related to specific sectors, locations, or clients.

Our Debt and Structured Finance team is a collaborative and highly active group, working closely with senior analysts, associates, and directors. We have a diverse client base, including many of the world's largest real estate investment firms, and cover all asset classes across major European jurisdictions.
