Role Overview
We are seeking a Debt and Structured Finance Analyst to join our expanding European team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior analysts, associates, and directors to underwrite and execute financing advisory assignments. You will play a crucial role in supporting pitches and other origination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite and execute financing advisory assignments across various asset classes and European jurisdictions.
- Support pitches and other origination activities to secure new mandates.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and associates to model detailed unlevered and levered scenarios.
- Prepare detailed financing memoranda summarizing key elements of financing requests.
- Assist with lender outreach and coordination of lender Q&A's.
- Help analyze financing quotes and create detailed quote matrices.
- Coordinate transaction management activities, including party calls and conditions precedent.
- Contribute to new mandate origination through RFP responses and pitch decks.
