Job Description

Role Overview

Jones Lang Lasalle Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Debt and Structured Finance Analyst to join our team. As a Debt and Structured Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in underwriting and executing financing advisory assignments, as well as supporting pitches and other origination activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Underwrite and execute financing advisory assignments, including financial modeling and analysis
  • Support pitches and other origination activities, including preparing detailed financing memoranda and coordinating lender outreach
  • Assist in the analysis of loan execution and transaction management, including coordinating all party calls and ensuring key deadlines are achieved
  • Contribute to the preparation of detailed RFP responses and pitch decks to assist in securing new mandates
  • Participate in relevant research projects related to specific sectors, locations, or clients

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model complex financial scenarios
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior analysts, associates, and directors
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
