Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Sales Executive to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction by developing and cultivating strategic client relationships and delivering customized solutions aligning to the client's advertising needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans for clients, focusing on search and incubation product growth, as well as cross-Microsoft opportunities.
  • Partner with the Account Executive to build negotiation plans and ensure smooth closing and timely renewal of contracts.
  • Optimize the existing book of client business to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent sales hygiene.
  • Use a solution-selling mindset to identify across-Microsoft opportunities that deliver end-to-end beneficial client outcomes.
  • Support the Account Executive to build negotiation plans to ensure smooth closing and timely renewal of contracts.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Advertising's features and incentives, including incubation products, and upsell and increase consumption of existing products.

Requirements

  • Extensive work experience in digital advertising sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising.
  • Extensive knowledge/experience in the Spanish advertising market.
  • Experience of online media or search engine marketing sales and service experience required.
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Solid knowledge of the online advertising industry, trends, and customers' needs.
  • Passion and curiosity for technology as an enabler for customer and company growth.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as appropriate.
