About the Role
The Sales Operations Manager will support the country lead with all aspects of product installation and maintenance in Spain as we continue to expand our business. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end installation and maintenance process for Pickup And Return Points, executing service roll-out on-time, and driving continuous improvement projects in installation and maintenance processes, as well as cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the installation and maintenance process for Pickup And Return Points
- Execute service roll-out on-time
- Drive continuous improvement projects in installation and maintenance processes
- Monitor performance of service providers and escalate issues as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and performance
- Participate in strategic projects, including new product and feature launches, process improvements, and geographic expansion
- Partner with global Partner Operations Program Managers to innovate on behalf of the business
- Develop materials for service providers and host partners
- Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering
- Relevant experience assessing risks and taking decisions based on assessment
- Relevant experience analyzing data
- Technical knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in program or operations management, working with hardware and software products
- Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional and regional programs influencing different stakeholders' groups
- Experience measuring/optimizing performance
