E-Commerce Head of Paid Marketing

We are seeking a highly accomplished E-Commerce Head of Paid to join our team at Best Recruitment Eu. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for driving the company's core marketing strategy and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and own the marketing strategy for all business lines, with a focus on paid advertising and e-commerce.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring clear performance-oriented objectives and goals.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across all digital channels, with a focus on ROI and KPI goals.
- Track and improve key e-commerce subscription metrics, including CAC, LTV, Churn, and Payback Period.
- Manage customer segmentation strategy and develop smart attribution modeling to reach the right audience with the right message.
- Drive digital marketing positioning for all websites, including localization, SEO, SEM, and digital campaigns.
- Lead a growth team of 3, evaluating new ways to increase efficiency and grow the team.
- Build a high-performing integrated marketing team, identifying talent needs and hiring top talent.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on high-growth companies and e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Self-starter, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to define goals and prioritize work.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with a creative and hands-on approach to marketing.
- ROI-driven approach to marketing, with a strong attention to detail.
