**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Product Portfolio Director to lead the strategic development of our product portfolio, driving outstanding delivery and execution towards our customers and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the Product Management and Solution teams to gather and compile product development requests.
- Evaluate and prioritize development requests based on strategic business objectives and resource availability.
- Oversee the progress of product development projects, ensuring milestones are met and adjustments are made as necessary.
- Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineers to align on release schedules and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project statuses, potential risks, and decision points through regular updates and structured communication channels.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills and assertiveness to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and optimizing internal processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to prioritize and plan development requests based on strategic business objectives and resource availability.
