Director of Product Portfolio Management and Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Portfolio Management and Strategy to join our Technology organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all products in our portfolio and ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategically oversee all products in our portfolio and ensure alignment with our overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product portfolio strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product leads, engineering teams, and senior management.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to product teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product development.
- Develop and manage business cases for product investments and ensure alignment with our overall business strategy.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful product strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex product strategies and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform product decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
