- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align initiatives across the organization.
- Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of experience working as a Portfolio Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
- Industry Expertise: Experience working with platforms and driving them as products, with a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to create high-level views and prioritize strategically.
- Business Acumen: Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization, with a high level of political and business awareness.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and highly evolutionary environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
