Job Title: Senior Director, Product Management

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead our international mid-market HCM offering, iHCM. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence product and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth, client retention, and market share.
  • Direct all aspects of product lifecycle, including product roadmaps, innovation, and strategy.
  • Clearly articulate strategies and options to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Measure product success through key metrics and adoption rates.
  • Plan for emerging technologies and their impact on the product offering.
Requirements:
  • Experience in product management, with a proven track record in the global HR tech space.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues simply and convincingly.
  • Ability to partner effectively across functions, with exposure to complex organizations.
  • Expert experience researching industry trends, usage analytics, and competitive pressures.
