Product Management Director Job Description

ADP Employer Services International (ESI) is seeking a seasoned Product Management Director to lead the strategic vision and delivery of our international mid-market HCM offering: iHCM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence product and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth, client retention, and market share.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, overseeing all aspects of the product lifecycle and overall product readiness.
  • Articulate strategies and pros and cons of options to stakeholders, ensuring buy-in from teams and leadership.
  • Measure product success by defining and monitoring key metrics and adoption rates.
  • Plan for emerging technologies like GenAI and their impact on the product offering.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in global HR tech space and/or payroll or other adjacent software business services solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to ensure alignment and execution across markets.
  • Ability to interface, present, and influence executive levels at ADP.
What You'll Do:
  • Drive innovation, strategy, growth, and revenue through product development and management.
  • Lead a team of international product managers to work across stakeholders, including Business Unit leaders, Sales and Service Leaders, and Developers.
  • Define and achieve strategic product objectives, including revenue growth, client retention, market share, and product innovation.
