Director of Product Portfolio Management and Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Portfolio Management and Strategy to join our Technology organization at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our Tech Product Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our teams are providing the right products that meet the needs of our game teams.
Key Responsibilities- Strategically oversee all products in our portfolio and ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy.
- Tell a broader solution story to our stakeholders that explains not only what each product offers, but also the combined value proposition of the entire platform.
- Allocate resources for optimal ROI and identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with other product leads to ensure product evolution, product enhancements, the introduction of new product features and functions, and the retirement of certain products to ensure platform relevance and competitiveness.
- Ensure consistency among products and deliverables across an entire portfolio and prioritize resources for each area according to its contribution.
- Conduct continuous research to grow your market knowledge and develop market insights as well as formulate the global product strategies for product offerings in the portfolio.
- Prioritize at the portfolio level, ensuring we are focusing on the most important opportunities.
- Work side by side with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering to formulate, validate and update the platform strategy towards the platform vision.
- Own business cases for future adjustments in product portfolio strategy execution.
- Define, track and act on portfolio performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align initiatives across the organization.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Keen listening skills.
- Ability to create high-level views and prioritize strategically.
- At least 10 years of experience working as a Portfolio Manager or a similar role.
- Experience working with platforms and driving them as products.
- Experience in a leadership role responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans.
- Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization, but specifically at senior management level.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of political and business awareness; acutely aware of organizational sensitivities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize based on high-level goals and objectives.
- Experience implementing new processes and best practices.
- Adaptability and flexibility to operate in a fast-paced and highly evolutionary environment.
- MSc or MBA or equivalent education.
- Experience in gaming companies.
