Director of Product Portfolio Management and Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Portfolio Management and Strategy to join our Technology organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product portfolio and ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Product Portfolio Management: Strategically oversee all products in our portfolio, ensuring consistency and alignment with our business objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources for optimal ROI and identify areas of improvement to drive business growth.
- Market Research: Conduct continuous research to grow market knowledge and develop market insights to inform product strategies.
- Portfolio Prioritization: Prioritize resources at the portfolio level, focusing on the most important opportunities to drive business success.
- Platform Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering to formulate, validate, and update the platform strategy to achieve our platform vision.
- Business Case Development: Own business cases for future adjustments in product portfolio strategy execution.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and act on portfolio performance metrics to drive business improvement.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align initiatives across the organization.
- Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of experience working as a Portfolio Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
- Industry Expertise: Experience working with platforms and driving them as products, with a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to create high-level views and prioritize strategically.
- Business Acumen: Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization, with a high level of political and business awareness.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and highly evolutionary environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
