Je verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteuning bieden aan B2B-klanten via verschillende kanalen, waaronder e-mail, chat en telefoon
  • Probleemoplossing, innovatie en verandermanagement
  • Betalingsvragen afhandelen via verschillende clientplatforms
  • Verantwoordelijk voor Trustpilot-beoordelingen en verbetering van de algehele NPS
  • In kaart brengen en verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen

Je vaardigheden en kwalificaties

  • Moedertaalvaardigheid in het Nederlands en C1-niveau in het Engels
  • Bekwaamheid in het gebruik van computers
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht
