- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer queries, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
- Manage payment inquiries from sellers and buyers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve Trustpilot reviews to enhance the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Flag and escalate customer queries, developing suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Map and improve business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- Native-level proficiency in the Dutch language and a C1 level in English.
