Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value and adoption of the Medical Device Service & Repair Salesforce application.
  2. Assist in the creation and support of document requirements for upcoming application releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Work closely with Agile teams to capture, groom, and refine user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless execution.
  4. Participate actively in team sessions, including planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and story grooming, to foster a collaborative environment.
  5. Develop operational knowledge of business operations and understand how the Medical Device Service & Repair application current and future requirements will bring user value.
  6. Validate and approve that user stories meet acceptance criteria and are complete, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  7. Raise concerns to management regarding prioritization of work based on team output and timelines.
  8. Contribute to the training of application users on all aspects of the application to enhance usage and adoption.
  9. Work with developers to break down user needs into use cases and collaborate to refine requirements, ensuring a user-centric approach.
  10. Lead partner expectations to align and prioritize application capabilities, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  11. Engage with developers and quality teams to ensure requirements, design, documents, and customer communications are updated, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  12. Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across all user groups, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
  13. Function independently with limited work direction, raising concerns as appropriate, and performing other duties assigned.
  14. Utilize multi-lingual and cultural awareness to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree, required.
  2. Minimum of 4 years general work experience, required.
  3. Minimum of 1 year working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, required.
