Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value and adoption of the Medical Device Service & Repair application.
  2. Develop and maintain document requirements for upcoming application releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Work closely with Agile teams to capture, groom, and refine user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless execution.
  4. Participate actively in team sessions, including planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and story grooming, to foster a collaborative environment.
  5. Successfully work with remote teams to drive business outcomes and ensure effective communication.
  6. Develop and maintain the application backlog, prioritizing and monitoring development work to meet business needs.
  7. Gain operational knowledge of business operations and understand how the Medical Device Service & Repair application meets user needs.
  8. Validate and approve user stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and are complete.
  9. Raise concerns to management regarding team output and timelines, ensuring timely resolution.
  10. Contribute to user training on application features to enhance adoption.
  11. Collaborate with developers to break down user needs into use cases and refine requirements.
  12. Lead partner expectations to align and prioritize application capabilities.
  13. Engage with developers and quality teams to ensure requirements, design, documents, and customer communications are up-to-date.
  14. Drive collaboration and maintain open lines of communication across all user groups.
  15. Work independently with minimal supervision, raising concerns as necessary.
  16. Apply cultural awareness and language skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
